PRACTICE

Eric Teynier is one of the firm's founders and Senior Partner. Before creating his own practice in 2004, he was a partner and head of a leading Paris-based law firm's Litigation and Arbitration practice group. Mr. Teynier has extensive litigation experience and has represented both French and multinational companies in disputes before various types of arbitral tribunals (ICC, AAA, AFA, ICSID, OHBLA, UNCITRAL, ad hoc) and French jurisdictions: Tribunaux de commerce, Tribunaux de grande instance and Cours d'appel. Mr. Teynier's practice includes extensive work in the areas of international arbitration, with a particular emphasis on disputes relating to the protection of foreign direct investments. Eric Teynier is also regularly appointed as an arbitrator, or as Chairman of Arbitral Tribunal, in numerous institutional (ICC, CRCICA, OHBLA) and ad hoc arbitral proceedings
