institutional arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the main arbitration centres and in application of various substantive laws. She also assists her clients in arbitration-related Court proceedings, including for the setting aside of international arbitral awards. She also acts as an arbitrator and advises on other forms of dispute resolution, such as mediation. Her experience spans across a variety of sectors and includes shareholders disputes, energy, telecoms, aerospace and engineering.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sara is also regularly involved in the negotiation and drafting of dispute resolution clauses, and has handled judicial proceedings, particularly before Canadian courts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
