industrial risks, international contracts and shareholder and M&amp;A disputes, from pre-litigation negotiations through to court proceedings.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">He has also developed strong expertise in mediation.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Gonzague acts for industrial companies and investors in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, often involving parallel proceedings before different courts and\/or countries. More specifically, he has developed significant expertise in the construction, retail and tech sectors.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Prior to joining Teynier Pic in 2022, Gonzague <\/span><span
