Yann Dehaudt-Delville specializes in arbitration and litigation.\u00a0 He has acted in both commercial and investor-State arbitration proceedings, conducted under the auspices of the leading arbitration institutions (ICC, LCIA, ICSID) as well as ad hoc arbitration proceedings, in relation to a wide array of industries, including energy, construction and engineering, telecommunications, aeronautical, logistics, distribution, pharmaceuticals and hospitality.<\/p>\n
Yann also has experience in annulment, recognition, enforcement and other arbitration-related judicial proceedings, as well as in commercial litigation and conciliation proceedings.<\/p>\n
He has authored numerous publications on international arbitration and taught classes in the field at Paris II Panth\u00e9on-Assas University.<\/p>\n
Yann, 32 years old, holds a master\u2019s degree in Private International Law and International Business Law (Master 2 en droit international priv\u00e9 et droit du commerce international, having graduated top of class) and a degree in Private and Public Business Law (Magist\u00e8re de Droit des Activit\u00e9s Economiques) from Paris I Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne University, France (2013), as well as an LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law, New\u00a0York (2014).<\/p>\n
Yann is admitted to the Paris and New York Bars and speaks French and English fluently.<\/p>\n
