Yann Dehaudt-Delville Joins Teynier Pic as Counsel

Yann Dehaudt-Delville joins Teynier Pic as counsel with eight years’ experience practicing international arbitration at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Dechert and Le 16 Law in Paris.

Yann Dehaudt-Delville specializes in arbitration and litigation.  He has acted in both commercial and investor-State arbitration proceedings, conducted under the auspices of the leading arbitration institutions (ICC, LCIA, ICSID) as well as ad hoc arbitration proceedings, in relation to a wide array of industries, including energy, construction and engineering, telecommunications, aeronautical, logistics, distribution, pharmaceuticals and hospitality.

Yann also has experience in annulment, recognition, enforcement and other arbitration-related judicial proceedings, as well as in commercial litigation and conciliation proceedings.

He has authored numerous publications on international arbitration and taught classes in the field at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.

Yann, 32 years old, holds a master’s degree in Private International Law and International Business Law (Master 2 en droit international privé et droit du commerce international, having graduated top of class) and a degree in Private and Public Business Law (Magistère de Droit des Activités Economiques) from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, France (2013), as well as an LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law, New York (2014).

Yann is admitted to the Paris and New York Bars and speaks French and English fluently.
