Laurence Kiffer will speak at the first co-organized International Arbitration Conference between the ICC, OHADA and the UIA, which will take place in Abidjan from 23 to 25 June 2016. In this event, the topics addressed will focus on the OHADA Uniform Act on Arbitration in light of the crossed points of view of OHADA/ICC and on the new challenges relating to the ethics of arbitration. On 25 June, Laurence Kiffer will also give a training on the ICC Arbitration in the context of the cooperation between the UIA and the ICC.
